As your local Highlands music teacher, I have had extensive experience teaching both children and adults. My students have consistently succeeded in becoming competent instrumentalists, performing in school and local organizations. I strive to find each individual\u2019s passion and their aptitude for music. I believe that learning music is a rewarding way to express oneself while at the same time becoming the best all-around musician a student can be.<\/p>\n
I began my musical training at a young age and received my training at the local university, where I performed with numerous groups, including the university orchestra. I am a classically trained pianist, and since graduating more than a decade ago many of my students have gone on to have careers in music performance and music teaching.<\/p>\n
My mission is to help both children and adults have fun with learning. I know that when my students have fun, they\u2019re always more motivated to practice and as a result they excel. I take great pride in my ability to inspire each student to express themselves through music.
